Welcome to Paisley Movers! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our website, services, and the relationship between Paisley Movers (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”). Please read these terms carefully before using our services or making a booking.

1. General Terms

1.1. Agreement
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

1.3. Services Provided
Paisley Movers offers moving services, including local moves, long-distance moves, commercial moves, residential moves, and moving and storage solutions. We also provide packing, unpacking, and related services.

1.4. Service Area
Our services are available in specific locations. We service the Paisley, FL area and surrounding regions. For long-distance or out-of-state moves, additional charges may apply.


2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Process
To book our services, you must provide us with accurate information regarding your move, including the date, time, address, and other necessary details. A reservation will be considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment is made, as applicable, and you receive a confirmation from Paisley Movers.

2.2. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as per the payment structure outlined in your moving agreement. Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Final payment is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

2.3. Deposits
In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be stated at the time of booking and may be credited toward the final bill. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless the move is canceled within a specified time frame (refer to our cancellation policy).

2.4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy will be outlined in your agreement. Cancellations made within a specified time frame (e.g., 48 hours before the move) may receive a full or partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.


3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1. Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your move. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges. If there are any changes to the details of the move, you must inform Paisley Movers as soon as possible.

3.2. Preparation for the Move
You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for transport. If we are not providing packing services, you should ensure that all fragile or valuable items are adequately protected.

3.3. Accessibility and Parking
You must ensure that the moving truck has access to the pick-up and delivery locations. This includes providing adequate parking for the moving truck and ensuring that the property is accessible for loading and unloading. Any issues with accessibility may result in additional charges.

3.4. Insurance and Liability
Paisley Movers offers limited liability coverage for items that are damaged or lost during the move. However, we recommend purchasing additional insurance if you wish to fully protect your belongings. You can discuss insurance options with us before your move.

3.5. Items We Cannot Move
Paisley Movers reserves the right to refuse to move certain items. These may include hazardous materials, perishable goods, firearms, and other items prohibited by law or not deemed safe to transport. You must notify us in advance if you have any such items.


4. Services Provided

4.1. Moving Services
Our services include loading, transporting, and unloading of your items as per your moving agreement. If you require additional services such as packing, unpacking, or temporary storage, these will be outlined in your service agreement.

4.2. Storage Services
Paisley Movers offers temporary storage for your belongings. Our storage facilities are secure and climate-controlled. If you choose to use our storage services, the terms of storage, including duration and charges, will be specified in your agreement.

4.3. Packing and Unpacking
If you request packing and unpacking services, our team will handle the packaging of your items using professional materials. Please ensure that all fragile or valuable items are properly communicated to us in advance.


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Damage to Property
Paisley Movers will exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting your belongings. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper packing, items that are not securely packed, or items that are not suitable for transport. Our liability for damages is limited to the amount stated in your service agreement, and we do not assume responsibility for damages that exceed this limit.

5.2. Force Majeure
Paisley Movers will not be liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Data Collection
We collect personal information from customers for the purpose of processing bookings and providing moving services. This includes your name, address, contact information, and payment details.

6.2. Data Usage
Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing the services you have requested. We will not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6.3. Data Security
Paisley Movers takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute protection of your data.


7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Florida.

7.2. Arbitration
If you have a dispute with Paisley Movers, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, we may agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration as an alternative to litigation.


8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Amendments
Paisley Movers reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new terms will apply to all future bookings.

8.2. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Paisley Movers regarding the use of our services. Any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, are superseded by this agreement.

8.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
